Material is fed at a constant rate into the grinding chamber via a sealed rotary valve. A high-speed rotor drives the rotation of hammers or a cutter disc, using centrifugal force to propel the material radially outward; size reduction is achieved through the combined effects of hammer impact, inter-particle collisions, and shearing against the chamber liners. Particles meeting the target size pass through a precision screen with a high open-area ratio for discharge, while oversized particles continue to circulate for further grinding. The entire process operates under a sealed negative-pressure environment or with nitrogen inerting, effectively preventing dust leakage and contamination by external microorganisms.
