8. During the warranty, should defects occur due to equipment issues, we pledge to replace defective equipment or parts free of charge within 30 days of notification.
9. The following conditions during the warranty period are exempt from free warranty service and will incur related maintenance costs:

(2) Software or hardware damage/failure caused by incorrect operation.
(3) Unauthorized disassembly or system parameter adjustments without our consent, leading to injury or machine malfunction.

10. Out-of-Warranty Support: For repairs post-warranty, only the cost of service and replacement parts is charged.
