In essence, the air mill harnesses the power of high-speed air flow to act as a carrier. This whirlwind of air propels materials to collide, either directly or at a strategic angle. Such collisions induce shearing forces, leading to the magnificent breakdown of the material structure. Moreover, as the material impacts the surrounding walls, an additional crushing effect is realized, amplifying the overall pulverization process.

The GMP series air mill is ingeniously categorized into two types: the low-pressure area feed-under discharge type tailored for the ultrafine pulverization of feather-light powders, and the high-pressure area feed-above discharge type, perfect for the ultrafine crushing of standard materials.
The air flow crusher boasts a meticulously designed structure, consisting of essential components such as a hopper, feeder, feeder nozzle, air chamber, and crushing chamber, along with a lining, adjusting nut, and discharge pipe. The process begins with the material being evenly and precisely fed into the hopper. High-pressure air, released from the feed jet nozzle, propels the material into the Lafal nozzle, further accelerating it into the grinding chamber. Simultaneously, air from the high-pressure air bag is strategically injected into the grinding chamber through multiple nozzles, each angled for optimal flow. As materials swirl within the chamber, the rapid transformation of air into high-speed logistics occurs. The multiple streams of logistics engage in tangential collisions, cutting, frictioning, and pulverizing the materials. Should the mass exceed the desired fineness, centrifugal forces propel it to the grinding chamber's inner wall, where it undergoes further pulverization via high-speed air streams. Once the material attains the target fineness, it achieves a buoyant state, suspended in the grinding chamber's center. The final product is then elegantly collected by the low-speed air flow into the receiving system.
The fineness setting is intricately linked to the discharge system's winding distance; the greater the distance, the finer the material, and vice versa. Therefore, for an upper discharge machine type, reducing the discharge pipe results in a finer output, while thickening it yields coarser results; the reverse applies for the under discharge type. Regardless of machine type, should the regulating tube gap be too narrow, rapid air flow will cause the material to coarsen. Users are encouraged to adjust according to the specific gravity and fineness requirements of their products, striving to pinpoint the optimal collection position for achieving the desired product fineness.

As the gas filled with particles navigates through the main impeller's clearance, it enters the cyclone separation zone. Here, the innovative guiding tangential direction facilitates a robust air rotation, propelling the air into the cyclone body in a spiraling motion. This mechanism ensures that dense dust particles are thrust against the wall due to the centrifugal force, cascading down the cylinder wall to the cyclone discharge port. Eventually, these particles exit through the manual butterfly valve located at the bottom of the equipment. Meanwhile, the contracting airflow within the cylinder redirects itself to the center, initiating an upward secondary eddy flow that channels out through the airway into the pulse catcher. The pulse catcher itself is a sophisticated assembly comprising the main body, a filter bag, an advanced ash cleaning system, and an electronic control system. Post-cyclone, finer dust particles follow the airflow into the collector, where they are meticulously purified via the filter bag screen before being discharged through the outlet at the top box. Over time, dust accumulation on the filter bag's outer surface escalates dust removal resistance. In response, the controller activates the electromagnetic pulse valve upon detecting a predefined resistance range, promptly releasing high-pressure gas from the airbag into the filter bag. This rapid expansion of the filter bag dislodges the dust accumulation, directing it into the ash hopper as the airflow effectively reverse-blows the dust away.
