1. Furnish Party A with all necessary materials and detailed drawings integral to the operation and understanding of our equipment.
2. Offer small-scale process experimentation to determine the optimal process and equipment configuration tailored to your specific needs.
3. Collaborate with Party A in the critical task of selecting the most suitable equipment for their requirements.
4. Innovatively design equipment installation methods based on the room layouts provided by Party A, ensuring seamless integration.
5. Once the equipment arrives at the customer's facility, our engineers will guide the installation process through video support, ensuring a smooth setup.
We ensure that the customer's technical personnel gain mastery over the process principles and the fine-tuning of production parameters.
Customer operators are empowered to independently operate, maintain, and diligently oversee production processes.
Maintenance personnel receive comprehensive understanding of the structural intricacies and operational principles of the main equipment.
6. We provide all relevant information that is required for optimal equipment operation and maintenance.
7. Our warranty spans 1 year (excluding consumables). In case of non-human damage, we offer complimentary repairs or replacement parts. For any technical inquiries, we provide prompt responses upon receiving customer notification.
8. Within the warranty period, should any failure arise due to equipment defects, we pledge to replace faulty equipment or parts at no cost within 30 days after receiving notification from the requisitioner.
9. The following scenarios during the warranty do not qualify for free service and will incur related maintenance fees:
(1) Damage resulting from failure to adhere to the user manual's use and maintenance guidelines;
(2) Damage or malfunctions from improper operation affecting both software and hardware;
(3) Unauthorized disassembly or alterations to machine parts or system settings leading to personal injury or machine malfunction;
(4) Damage or malfunctions caused by using non-company parts;
(5) Damage due to force majeure events;
10. Post-warranty service: Beyond the warranty period, service and replacement parts costs are charged at reasonable rates.
11. We ensure a preferential and timely supply of spare parts, including imported components.
