1. Supply all necessary documentation and detailed drawings as requested by Party A.
2. Conduct small-scale process experiments to help identify the optimal processes and equipment.
3. Provide expert assistance to Party A for equipment selection to ensure optimal performance.
4. Craft custom equipment installation strategies tailored to the room layouts provided by Party A.
5. Upon arrival of the equipment at the customer's facility, our engineers will offer installation guidance via video.
Ensure that customer technical personnel are adept in understanding process principles and adjusting production parameters.
Enable customer operators to expertly operate, maintain, and supervise production independently.
Ensure maintenance personnel are well-versed in the structure and operational principles of the main equipment.
6. Provide any additional required information promptly and efficiently.
7. Offer a 1-year warranty (excluding wear parts). Any non-human damage will be repaired or components replaced free of charge. Technical inquiries receive immediate responses upon notification.
8. Within the warranty period, should defects arise from the equipment itself, we guarantee free replacement of faulty equipment or parts within 30 days of notice from the customer.
9. Circumstances excluding the free warranty service within the warranty period, incurring related maintenance costs:
(1) Damage due to failure to comply with the usage, maintenance, and care guidelines outlined in the user manual.
(2) Damage or malfunctions resulting from improper operation of software or hardware.
(3) Unauthorized disassembly or arbitrary system adjustments resulting in personal injury or machine malfunction.
(4) Damage or malfunctions caused by the use of non-company supplied parts.
(5) Damage caused by unavoidable natural forces beyond control.
10. Out-of-Warranty Services: Post-warranty equipment repairs are subject only to the costs of service and replacement parts.
11. Spare parts, including imported ones, are guaranteed for timely and preferential availability.
12. Conduct regular, no-cost follow-up visits to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
13. Offer sustained technical support and consultation; keep buyers informed of any technical advancements.
