Product Definition
The food canning production line is an intelligent equipment system that integrates automatic filling, sealing, testing and packaging. It is designed specifically for the food industry and is suitable for large-scale production of solid, liquid, semi-fluid and sauce foods to ensure efficient, hygienic and safe completion of the food canning process.

Pre-treatment system

High-precision filling
Using flowmeter, servo system or piston metering technology, the error can be controlled within ±1%, reducing the waste of raw materials.

Fully automated process
From container positioning, filling, sealing to labeling, it is integrated to support high-speed production of 30-200 bottles per minute (depending on the model).
Equipped with photoelectric sensors to automatically detect the position of the container to avoid misoperation.

Working principle
1. Container loading: Empty containers enter the filling station via a conveyor belt and are fixed by a positioning fixture.
2. Quantitative filling: The sauce is injected into the container according to the set volume/weight through a metering system, and the filling head has a lifting function to adapt to different bottle heights.
3. Sealing and output: After filling, the container is automatically capped (screw capping, pressing capping or heat sealing) and transported to the next link (labeling, boxing).

6. Provide relevant information required.
7, the warranty period of 1 year (except for wearing parts), if there is any non-human damage, we free repair or replacement parts. If you have any technical problems, we will give you an immediate reply after receiving the notice from the customer.
8. During the warranty period, in case of failure due to the defect of the equipment itself, we promise to replace the defective equipment or parts free of charge within 30 days after receiving the notice from the demander.
9, the following circumstances during the warranty period will not enjoy free warranty service, the need for related maintenance costs
(1)Damage caused by the user's failure to use, maintain and maintain the product according to the requirements of the user manual;
(2) Software and hardware damage or failure caused by improper operation;
(3) Without the permission of our company, disassemble machine parts or adjust the working parameters of the system at will, resulting in personnel injury or abnormal work of the machine;
(4) Damage or failure of the machine caused by the use of parts other than our company;
(5)Damage caused by force majeure;
10. Out-of-warranty service: When the equipment exceeds the warranty period and needs to be repaired, we only charge the cost of service and the cost of replacement parts.
